Homeowner calls for your roofing business

Episodesjersey Roofing is a referral service. Homeowners reach out when they need a new roof, a repair, or help after a storm. We connect them with independent local roofing contractors. If you run your own roofing business and want more homeowner conversations, the network may be a fit.

This is not a job posting. There are no staff positions here. You stay independent, run your own crews and set your own prices.

Who fits the network

We look for local roofing contractors who:

• Focus on roof replacement, and also handle repair and storm-related work
• Serve homes common to the region, such as stucco ranch houses, older bungalows and 1950s through 1980s tract homes
• Answer calls and messages in a timely, courteous way
• Are comfortable working with homeowners who arrive organized, with photos and notes

What we expect

Homeowners count on professionalism, so the network does too. Providers are expected to:

• Hold all licenses and insurance required where they work, and share proof when asked
• Give written estimates with clear scope, materials and timelines
• Describe damage honestly and explain whether repair or replacement makes sense
• Help homeowners document damage when asked, without promising how an insurer will respond
• Plan work around the household's daily routine and keep job sites tidy
• Treat every homeowner with respect, whether or not the job moves forward

We also ask that providers make no promises they cannot keep about timing, pricing or coverage.

How to apply

Send a short email to contact@episodesjersey.garden. Include:

• Your business name and the areas you serve
• The roofing services you offer
• Your license and insurance details
• A short note on how you handle estimates and scheduling

We will review what you send and reply if there is a fit. Providers pay for referrals, and terms are shared during the conversation.
